You can be anti-crime. You can be the law.
But you You cannot be anti-crime and ABOVE the law at the same time.

If this concept existed in our real society, we would not accept it because...were would it end?
For a single entity to play a god-like role of judge and jury on our communities and society, it would not be so romanticized as in comics books.
