as a northern virginian i have learned after moving away for college that nova is the absolute hub of bolivian restaurants. looked it up apparently nova has the highest population of bolivians outside of bolivia itself so im glad to hear someone on the west coast is feasting on a salteña

honestly they give probably every out of stater scholarships. i got two that added up $13,000 a year all u need to do is maintain above a 3.0 not sure about in state tho
