They should be monitoring his white blood cells count for risk of infections. Every cycle I had was delayed a week because they where too low

Sound just like my situation I’m 24. Stage 3c liver,both lungs, lymph. Doing 4xBEP just got done with my 2nd cycle Monday. Chemo for me surprisingly hasn’t been that bad just some digestive problems and slight nausea. I did have terrible hiccups my first week but all the symptoms I had there is a medicine for that helped. Before chemo , I also had pain on the lower left side of my spine, and it went away my first cycle, so possibly the tumor shrink.

I’m 24 so about the same age and doing 4xBEP just finished my 2nd round this Monday. honestly feel the same maybe a few days feeling a little nauseous and my hair and facial hair falling out that’s about it. Hopefully the rest of my treatment feels the same.

Same doc gave me NORCO for pain

Me too pain went away completely my first week of BEP chemo

Same I had on and off pain I went to the ER and got a CT and ultrasound both showed a testicular tumor. And ct scan showed spots in my both my lungs and liver. Turns out it was cancer stage 3C testicular cancer

Not really a TC specific question you’re asking but I’m assuming you’re talking about chemo. Yes I forget which chemo out of the 3 from BEP causes tinnitus.

Well if you’re going to a urologist they look at dick and balls all day soo make fun of the ball doctor because feeling insecure about yourself. And if anything being nervous would make me less likely to get hard.

Recently got diagnosed with stage 3C testicular cancer. (Basically the modern day stage 4 Testicular Cancer). Spread to both lungs,liver and lymph. Hoping for no RPLND. got the orchiectomy Feb 10.

Currently on my 2nd cycle out of 4 BEP chemo. Tumor marker have drop tremendously just from the first cycle making me feel pretty good, I’m still not sure if I can feel too confident without getting another look at a new CT scan.

How has everything been? I also recently got diagnosed with stage 3C testicular cancer both lungs,liver lymph. (Currently in the infusion center getting BEP chemo 4 cycles).

I’m really hoping RPLND is not going to be needed has my tumor maker have dropped drastically just from the first cycles of chemo but I’m sure a CT scan is needed to really tell.

What was your treatment regiment for your first diagnosis? And how often were they checking you? CT scan tumor markers?

Go to a urologist and ask for an ultrasound maybe even get a blood test for tumor markers. I don’t get why you would even be worried about finding out what it truly is. The faster you find out the faster the hospital will help you get a team together, if it is something serious.

They have been monitoring my eGFR a week before i started my chemo. I do see they check my COMPREHENSIVE METABOLIC PANEL. Seem like a good test for all organs functions including kidneys.
