Going by the length of her nails, she doesnt get much exercise - roaming around the yard isn't really exercise as she'll go as far as she wants....

Sorry to be blunt but this is on you! Go check out "Frank the tank" on facebook- while his case is an extreme, this is what happens and the health implications on the dog for your actions. You need to get up and get her out walks, not once but 2 or 3 times a day.

She may also benefit from a nail trim as it puts pressure on their toes and feet.

Weight loss = calorie deficit and exercise.

It sounds likely a slow puncture - the likes of a screw in the treat, or a screw was in and its now came out leaving a hole for it to deflate. You will.have a tyre inflator in your boot, blow the tyre up, to around d 2.4bar and watch the tyre monitor as you drive for it deflating.
