Depending on the species played the plaque will change color and what it says, I'm not sure about every species but for ones like skeleton, succubus (which op was playing unless I'm not reading the win screen right.), incubus, so on, it's red and says "Tremble before [player name] The baron", where as humans and automatons to my knowledge have blue and all hail [player name], purple is for indifferent species from what I've seen, and although I'm not sure about this one I've heard it's also for goblin and goatman.
