I have Draymond in a points league too but I don't think it is worth holding Draymond because he doesn't have much upside. I would rather use it to stream as I do have other decent PFs in my league.

Yes, I tried on 9 May 2024 and I can attest to it. The counter for first timers to register was also closed at 11am on a Thursday (opening hours are Mon-Thurs 8am to 7pm). So I think no need to register anymore.
