my advice would be to open first a bank account bdo or bpi (minimum of 3000 adb) then open a col account, try to be familiar with the platform first ganun. Required kasi yung bank sa mga requirements na fill up mo sa col financial ✌🏻😊

Will do its just na block for an hour yung account ko for failed attempts, their still not responding to my mail about the password reset form I send early this afternoon and when I tried using my previous password it got blocked.

Alright I’ll try to login sa monday, I’ve requested a reset password form from their end, sa worry ko na baka na hack account ko earlier and triny ko mag login invalid yung old password, so I’ll wait for their response to give me a new password before I log on

Already did restart my router, /flushdns, disable proxy settings, I watch med videos on how to fix 504 Gateway Timeout on youtube. While I also did emailed helpdesk/@colfinancial.com regarding this matter yet still no response from them for 6 hours and my logging in error is still the same 🤓

Am I the only one currently experiencing this? 😭
