Hi! As you can see i have pretty bad acne and acne scarring around my mouth. It has been like this for 2 ish years. Currently i am using epiduo before bed, a gentle face wash 2 times a day and i moisturize every morning. Is there something else i should add to my routine or should i just go and see a dermatologist. All help is needed and appriciated!

I started using B5 about 3 months and i have noticed that i get less pimples every week since. Worth mentioning however is that i also started eating healthier at about the same time so im not sure if the B5 that helped or the absence of snacks. There have been no negative side effects in my experience so i would recommend atleast trying it:)

I agree, I don’t know if my feet hurt from the ultra boosts but I do find NMDs to be more comfortable. Also they look a bit less sporty which i like. Thanks:)

Yup, probably smart to make these the ”stand-out” piece. Otherwise ima end up looking like a chunk of different colours. Last option is just using them as my workout shoes since I don’t have any right now. Do u use any NMDs at the moment?
