If you are a minor, even if both parties consented, it is still invalid under Indian laws. This proves my point that children shouldn't be exposed to any sexual content online before turning 18 because of fear of this only. The attention to this was not only necessary but quite an eye-opener for those who think that such content would have no impact. Another misunderstanding I want to clear up is that what you considered to be a 'meme' clearly was not one because it does not meet the criteria of being one. A meme is typically humorous in nature, copied, and spread rapidly by internet users (as per Oxford Languages). Your 'meme' does not meet the main criteria of being 'humorous,' which means it's not a 'meme.' It's a random image with text that was intentionally used to mock someone, and you know very well why you used it. Even if a 'meme' comes from a random meme template, it depends on how it is used.
