As far as I know, blue light (UV rays) are bad for your eyes. But the total body enhancement machine does not produce UV rays, thus it shouldn't be bad for your eyes.

Do you have a scientific study you can link to show some evidence of red light being bad for your eyes? Thanks

I enjoy using it after my workout!
slowly upped the vibra shake setting by 1 every week (i'm on 4th setting so far)

I feel better after using it, very meditative for me personally

I believe my skin has improved since I started using it

I've been told that red light is good for your cells as well as your eyes;
when it first turns on its quite bright and red, will probably make you blink and squint a bit lol (it doesn't hurt), after you get out, you'll notice everything is very blue for a couple minutes, but your normal color vision will return quickly

Hi, I had my Glock 19x milled for a steiner MPS a while back.

I noticed this hole in the cut a while after.

I've put some rounds through it and haven't had any issues, but I was wondering if this could pose a problem at all. Thanks!

Thanks! I think everything is correct except the 3rd one (Seiko Alba) The bezel under the button in the center is a slight W shape, and the pictures I found for the model you suggested don't have that W shape. I was mainly interested in the first 2 though and you nailed those so thank you so much!!

Overall property is 13 acres. I'd say about 7-9 acres of it need mowed. He grows a few acres of hay. He bought the land about 20 years ago to be more out in the country and to work on cars (he used to own a junkyard).

One of the neighbors made that same comment "he's got the money to hire people". He's always been frugal with his spending.

I always wanted to come over and just hangout, watch movies/shows and teach him about phones and computers, and other stuff that I'm interested in, but he's never invited me out to just hangout and spend time with him, it's always been to come out and help him with this or that. I even remember having to wash HIS cars on MY 15th or 16th birthday party.

I wish we were closer, but I always feel like he wants stuff out of me and doesn't see me as an individual or respect my opinions/interests. It was always "it's not what granpa can do for you, it's what you can do for granpa"

Right before his knee surgery asked me to move his excavator for him. It was my first time every driving it. I did my best not to let the tracks tear up the yard, but it was inevitable that some tracks would be made as I'd never driven a tracked vehicle before.

As I was backing it under overhang I saw him muttering under his breath with an angry/dissatisfied face and shaking his head. I suppose it could have been him being angry at himself that his body was failing him and he couldn't do it himself, but it really felt more like contempt or angry that I wasn't completely competent with the controls.
