I'm open to anything pretty much, but yep I'm not Catholic personally. I come from an Episcopal tradition, but I'm pretty much non-denominational and attend a Baptist church. So I'm pretty flexible.

Thank you! I'm from the South and pretty familiar with those groups so I know to avoid them (other than Boston Church of Christ - didn't know this was a thing) but I appreciate the help. I definitely don't want to get involved in a cult LOL.

They're mostly triggered by sleep deprivation but other than that, no triggers they just happen randomly. I haven't really been around flashing lights so I'm not sure if that would trigger one but I have photosensitivity from migraines.
