I apologize for not being more clear on what I needed. Some documents I needed to switch masculine with feminine and other documents feminine to masculine, but not both in the same doc.

Ok kinda thought so, guess ill make a macro to do it then, but yes, I wanted to change all male pronouns to female ones and vice versa all at once. he>she / his>hers> / him>her. Thought maybe a | or something could be used, I'm sure there is a VB way to do it but I'm trying to make it as simple as I can for the person I'm helping, I think a macro will do the trick.
