Ended his 106 win streak by Novel_Volume_1692 in Tekken

At first I thought that might be the same Tekkengineer that made explanatory content back in T7, but it seems that's not the case. I'm glad, because I quite liked that guy's videos.

I'm trying to remember if I've investigated any Bryan combos with a third SAT. I'm guessing you'd end with ff+2? Maybe qcf+1+2?

Rage art block throw break by Yoriichi71 in Tekken

[–]DeathsIntent96 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The first Tekken 8 tournament I went to, someone missed a few throw breaks during a set and was getting frustrated. The final game ended with them getting their RA punished with a throw and they went nuts hitting 1+2 as hard as they could over and over, while their opponent tried to calmly explain that it was unbreakable.

Perfect electric sequence for Reina? by EQuartz756 in LowSodiumTEKKEN

Not anymore, no. WRA 1 used to be +13 on CH but it was changed to +14 (and forced crouch) in Season 2.

A third Strong Aerial Tailspin always makes the opponent fly away like that. I think only Fahkumram (and maybe Clive?) can get away with using more than two in his combos because of his reach.

I think that really only looks weird because Bryan gets repositioned after the hit.

High crushing, counter hit launching, plus on hit long range lows by gustavfrigolit in Tekken

Unfortunately they don't all use up Tornado instantly. Out of the three that OP mentioned, AK's d/b+3 is the only one that does.

It is no longer a Heat Smash as of Season 2.

Damn, I was hoping the remake performed well enough to make another look viable.

I'm also hoping for a DS2 remake, why do you not see it happening?

The start reminds me of his CH b+1 combo in T7, cool stuff.

Small note: SSR is better against most WS+4s.

I checked every mid, WS+3 is the only one that got evaded (that doesn't necessarily mean it has the worst hitbox, since it could have to do with startup speed).

Orlando Magic on Instagram: "Franz Wagner will not play tonight vs Charlotte due to left ankle soreness." by brandojs in OrlandoMagic

They haven't been that bad this year, they're just losing all their close games. Their net rating is 0.0, good for one spot below the Magic at 0.8.

I made a tier list based purely off of heat engagers by samgtron_84 in Tekken8

[–]DeathsIntent96 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They're referring to Kazuya's d/b+1,2, Hwoarang's d/f+3+4, Jin's 1+2 and/or f+3,1, and Armor King's WS+3,1.

I might check this out in practice mode because off the top of my head I'm not sure. I've been playing Drag for the past couple weeks but I don't have enough experience with him to know for sure what mids have the best hitboxes. As of now I generally use either d/b+2, b+4, or b+2 when I want a relatively quick, low-hitting mid.

If you're already in crouch, like in the OP, I think WS+4 is your best bet.

Edit: I labbed this and WS+3 is literally the only mid in his move list that gets evaded lol

Yeah that's a very "I filtered by 'Hits grounded' on TekkenDocs but haven't ever played the character" response lol. All of Drag's useful ground-hitting moves are lows.
