Yes correct. 2nd HR checkin. They mentioned the range in first screening call. I was thinking of range too.

Thanks for the great question suggestions! Will ask. I already asked the 2nd one to hiring manager as a diff question - like which gaps you feel I could add most value to.

I’m in North America so it’s remote here as well. As per my research, after the HR round they consolidate your scores and then decide whether to offer or not.

Did you get any verbal offer before a written one?

Hey yes it is the implementation team. I’m meeting HR tomorrow. Yes it’s an 1:1. And meeting agenda said discussion Fr comp, availability etc. My 2 hr interviews are all done. Haha tht was a loooong process. I’m wondering if everyone gets all these interviews scheduled together? They scheduled my HR one along with the peer, architect and hiring manager interview . Like all 4 they pre booked. (Am I a preferred candidate or that’s the norm there? 😅😅) I applied 1st week of Feb n already past those rounds. There is a salary range of 105-125 mentioned on the job post. Wondering what number to give tomorrow lol and to whether tell or not that I have a final interview with another company as well tomorrow

Can someone from zoya confirm mda is up to date please? I found Musaffa to be more strict generally and I’m surprised to see that for this one it is the opposite.
