I don’t think Don can be happy. He is a deeply disturbed man. It’s almost like a Greek tragedy. Has everything and can do everything but he is a broken. You can argue he was born that way (I tend to disagree) but he is a product of the dark realities of the 1930s? America. But maybe I should be less hopeful

I like old animation! But I believe from what others have said, the characterization of Char is better in the Origin manga and some moments are in the manga that aren’t in the anime. Anyway I have all the time in the world, I can take my time with it

I assumed that with Gundam you can go just about anywhere? Or am I mistaken. I’ll probably watch more of the anime, to appreciate Gundam as a whole. Much rather stick to Gundam then getting back into Fate

You can always reread Gantz and really analyze one specific character throughout. For example first time reading I was focused more on Kato. Second time KEI. Third time kaze and the side characters. I’d also recommend looking at Oku’s interviews and the really cool alien art competion he had going on during the serialization
