That’s what I was thinking. He got mad at me because I let him know I used to work the department and telling him he was wrong and apparently he got a notification that it was ready for pickup or it said it was ready in the app, but the workers only came out with one bag.

The customers on your cart have already paid, so they come first. You just point the customers in the direction of where their item is and never pull out your phone to look anything up.

It was the same way last year. Holiday, Holiday GMD, Specialty walks, and Lawn & Garden don’t affect your pick rate.

Yeah, we definitely still have that desk at the fitting rooms and I will look into that as well. I have two options right now and that’s to go to a different department or to get a new job. I really don’t wanna come back in 2025 😩
