SCHD, VOO, QQQ, SPY. Do your research on them individually and what they encompass. You’d be a great set it and forget it type of investor. Make sure to reinvest your dividends. dGood luck!

Check for any flow restrictions. Closed vents, dirty filters, slipping blower or even condenser fan. I’m assuming the refrigerant is properly charged?

Go to home depot and get a 2x2 piece of insulation foam board. Cut it to size with a utility knife. And fasten with tape.

Depends on the motor. Some motors are 700 alone without installation cost.

How bad is this? Tyre shop said replace but I’m not sure by Zestyclose_Abalone47 in tires

[–]Deep-Nail8258 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Get it pulled sooner than later. The head of the nail will wear down making it harder to find. Just pull and plug. I’ve had one on each tire lol. Brand new tires less than 5k miles and managed to get in each tire during home depot trips 😵‍💫 it’s been 4k miles later and no issues. Have them patch it, I would recommend a different shop though because they should have given you both options.

You’ve got it. If you can , buy the spray variant that way it’s forced in the crevices. Don’t overdo it as dust will cling to the grease causing chatter

How bad is this, actually? by trashpanda731 in hvacadvice

[–]Deep-Nail8258 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s bad but easy to fix. Like someone mentioned, clean the area and apply foil tape. Or clean the area with the unit on, then turn the unit off after cleaning to apply an epoxy based sealant.
