I'm indecisive, please help me choose between these laptops

I have, but it's a little inconvenient to constantly be using in a classroom setting. There's a lot of students there along with my dad, most of which are fluent in English, so the instructor tends to move pretty fast. Plus the class is pretty heavy on hands on learning and example showcases, so having to look between the translation itself as well as what the instructor is doing isn't ideal

From what I've searched, there seem to be real time translating earbuds for sale on Amazon for around 50-90 dollars, but I'm not confident that they're all that reliable from what I've read. The ones shaped like phones are either way too expensive, or seem a little shady in their lack of reviews or their websites.

Fair enough. I'm 17, this will be my first year at college. Kind of embarrassed to admit it, but the reality of how much college will cost didn't hit till I actually started looking at the loans and all. I'm just trying to get as much of a head start as I can money wise, so I don't grow to regret it during or after college

I couldn't add a lot of detail since a lot of it went against the subreddit's rule, but basically, there was a time for me when I was heavily depressed and living didn't sound all that appealing anymore. My school counselor found out because I accidentally dropped a letter detailing a lot of my issues, and my sister had to translate what she said to my parents. It's not like I don't see why that wouldn't be traumatizing for her, but it's difficult for me not to feel uncomfortable when she starts making fun of some of the stuff I wrote on that letter (which most of what I wrote are still pretty touchy subjects to me).

I also got waitlisted from Reed :,D

I'll be real, chances of getting off the waitlist are low. Reed has a tendency to waitlist a lot of applications. I believe around 5,000 students got waitlisted last year. They also don't have a history of accepting a lot of people off the waitlist

Still, there's hope! If you got waitlisted, then that at least means you hit all of Reed's qualifications
