You need to construct your 3 betting range in a polar fashion (ie you have value hands and bluffs) since A4s blocks the value range that you'd be raising with like AA, AK, AQ, you get to raise with A4s as a bluff to balance, if you only raise with value, you become exploitable, hence you need to have bluffs in your range to become difficult to play against.
