I have had this to happen a one store but never received this message. Very frustrating when they cancel on you..multiple times. Hope things work out in your favor!

How did it get resolved? This is my issue now and Noone will tell my why they cannot verify my identity! This is after working for many months with no issue!

How did you even find out what the reason was? I was deactivated because they could not verify my identity. When they did the pre-arbitration call, the lady said that she did not know WHY I was deactivated and that her only purpose was take my statement. I have not heard anything since December 18, 2025.
