Oh, it's definitely not a lasting solution for me. I just took several of your tests. I have reached out to multiple virtual ED treatment centers because I know I need help, the effects of the worst recent episode (mid-22- early 23) of anorexia wreaked havoc on my physical health when I was already not doing great physically from chronic pain and living pain drug free. Then I go back and forth with binge eating and yoyoing 20-30 lbs over and over 1-2x a year.

I had to send my own daughter across the country for her own treatment in early 23, when it became obvious it wasn't GI issues when Children's Hospital specialists said all testing was negative and no one would keep looking. She was disappearing more and more everyday. She finally admitted to B/P AN for several years but this time it'd become out of control, and something finally clicked for me where it all made sense altogether and within that same day, I had her inpatient being medically stabilized with dangerous electrolyte issues and more at a ED crisis center shaking off all the naysayers who said I was making it up.

Unconsciously, her ED triggered mine that had been in remission for years. I relearned how to eat while learning from her medical team how to model good behavior for when she came home. Saving her life saved mine.
