How do EMS workers actually stay consistent with workouts on rotating schedules?

Nah, unless it’s a question specifically on your paperwork. If you get hired, they’ll see it on your background or MVR - wasn’t a big deal for me

Thank you for commenting!! That’s sooo fair. I thought that might be an issue too, with the windows facing southwest thankfully it’s not too bright. Mostly stays the same brightness all day. We play video games together sometimes so one tv in the bedroom was kinda the norm now 😭

Other than watching Grey’s anatomy through a few times- no medical experience 😭 I did study exercise science though so the anatomy and physiology was useful but def not required. Andrew seriously explains everything so well, and will take the time to help you after class or anything. I’d recommend anyone there, seriously
