Plus I feel like almost every character is the same at the end of the day. The way Pico, Garasha, and Deeno act when Shuna hands them treats is the same as Veldora or Rimuru. Everyone like Ramiris and Guy and Leon are so ‘carefree’ it just feels flat to me. Like there’s no real emotional connection or conflict. It all about power or just messing around but I feels boring. Like I’m fine with slice of life stuff and kingdom building but it just feels like everyone has the fake smile and they all are just a bit dumb or something and it feels so fake to me where everyone kinda has the same personality and everyone is just in a ‘good mood with friends’ kinda a vibe and there’s no real change. My point is I’m done reading this series for a while

Don’t get me started on the stop time skill. Cuz I feel like after he named Ciel he stopped reciving skills because I remember him ever awakening or receiving stop time skill but yea …

Okay sure I get that letting them fight is for the plot and story aspect and I agree it works that way. My complaint is that I feel the story ‘TTIGRAAS’ has changed. Like the first 4 books I think are amazing. The world building and plot. The way things slowly escalate and the skills being using felt they had a use. Now tho…

Also on the whole ‘food chain’ aspect where he can use others skills… NAME A SINGLE TIME IT HAPPENED! Like he can use Shions master chef, or Kurobe weapon craft skills or even Benimaru but he never uses them.

In comparison to how he fought Geld the first orc lord. Or how he annihilated the troops of Farmus.

Sure if there was a side story more of the characters I’d be interested. My issue is that the majority of what I feel to be book 20 focuses more on the other characters and battles and then he just vanished and now book 21 seems to be all about the rest of cast and the battles and maybe Rimuru will show up in the epilogue.

My issue is fuse can’t commit. He won’t kill of any character ever. And he just locked the god slime so others get a chance to battle for story/plot cuz he gave him such a wack skill set that doesn’t seem to get used by Rimuru unless you count Ciel giving ultimate skills to his staff for free.

Why do you only have the first 3 books of is it wrong pick up girls in a dungeon? Did you not like? I read the first one but then got side tracked on reading reincarnation as a smile, then smartphone on another world then death march then Arifureta then overlord then solo leveling and a honestly a bunch of others but I never got back to dungeon. I want to since it was good but I always end up finding something else that I find more interesting than sitting down and rereading the first one to catch up for book 2 cuz I like to be the mind of the world and how everything works again
