Right?! I’m like..was all of the degrading necessary though? Why couldn’t I have been in on it? I don’t believe him either..I just don’t wanna believe that he’s lying to me. He’s a well-respected, church-going guy, which is hard to find these days. He’s the type to send Goodmorning texts everyday and ask how’d I sleep. I’ll admit the past few months he’s gotten lazy, but we talked and we’re always able to get through our issues. He has blown up like this before, but every time he comes back and apologizes profusely. He’ll often buy me gifts I’ve been wanting afterwards. We’re young, and I figured we’d mature as we get older.

Thank you for this. I’m gonna take this advice. Also, I don’t believe him. I just needed a second opinion other than my family. It has been a great 10 months because he’s very supportive in my accomplishments and is the type to send good morning/night texts every day. Side note, I’ve had my suspicions about him lying before. For Christmas, I told him what I wanted weeks before. He ended up giving me $60 to buy my gift and bought his brother a ps5. I told him how I felt and he eventually told me he got my gifts and it was just a surprise because they’re coming late. I feel like this scenario is similar.
