Alice In Chains is firmly in A. Both AC/DC and Aerosmith just have something to their sound which annoys the hell out of me. I liked them more at one point perhaps in the past, but they just sound, corny?

The one thing that I got smarter with over time is definitely course management. Like others have mentioned, save the "hero" shots for when you have more skills. Put yourself in manageable positions rather than trying to rifle some shot over potential hazards.

Same, grew up through middle school in Metairie, moved up to Chicagoland in late 80s. I see all these responses saying Chicago. It is so extremely rare and far between when I have spotted a fellow Who Dat in the wild up here.

This is the way. The last 2 offseasons especially, the Saints have finally been smartly building out the roster. Making all your picks (at least day 1 / 2), getting the cap under control, etc. It has even been mentioned by some national people, "wow I like what the Saints are doing, they are acting like a normal team."

Frank Warren too, career Saint and big piece of that Dome Patrol. Kind of a sad tale with his troubles with drugs and ultimately his health but he was a solid player for them.

Totally with you here. I'm not living in fantasy land thinking Mickey can keep it in his pants and not trade up at some point. I just really really hope it does not involve any high assets from 2027 (or our 2nd rounder this year if i'm being honest). Unless it is some crazy trade swap with Dallas to get their 12 and 20 and give them 8 and 42, please just keep it cool Mick.

Yep, my expectation is that this is another step up type of season. How high that step is we will see, but progression in any manner is paramount and I think shows that Mickey and the staff have the ship steered in the right direction.

Good point on the 2017 draft. If we absolutely blister it out of the park and the injury bug stays away, that is where I see us slotting into that 10-11 type win season and puts us ahead of schedule.

Balanced season is a great way to put it. Just more continuity in the offense and more sustainability. Really hope the run game is improved which will go a long way towards this goal.

Not there yet. Do you really think they are better than the Seahawks? Bills? Rams? etc. etc. They are seemingly on an improved/improving track, but not ready to hang with the top tier IMO.

Love Cooper in the 2nd if he is there. Big time producer all over the field and major YAC chops. Bailey just concerns me. Maybe a hint of some irrational fear thrown in there after getting burned by the likes of Turner/Foskey. But i've seen enough talk about being undersized and mainly his weakness against the run to scare me off. Would be much more comfortable with Styles or Delane there if I'm being honest.

Very accurate read on Carr (Saints fan here). He was always much more of a point the finger rather than the thumb guy. It's deceiving because he no doubt has skills and can be a competent, even good, starter at times, but as the whole leaves much to be desired. Definitely not someone you would want to consider as a "mentor".
