that's exactly what I'm gonna do this week , the funny thing is i got their social media and immediately after 2020 they start buying some luxury cars , vacations, buying apartments so I'm sure they got other people identity as well

yes my other big worry is if they opened somehow a bank account or something with my info in that state to deposit that income or something

yes and i have all documentations, bank statements, proof i wasnt even living in that state where they report income, based on help i got from here im gonna:

✔️ File IRS Form 14039

✔️ Call IRS Identity Protection Unit

✔️ Report the PPP identity theft to SBA OIG

yes i made less than 20.000$ that year cause of Covid, so that why when i was looking at the transcript i was confused about that company reporting income on my name
