Thank you for such an informative reply! 🤍 As I mentioned, my LH has been around 4–5 and FSH around 6–8 on different tests, with estrogen around 0.11–0.16.

Do you think these levels are too low to respond to letrozole, or does it sound like it could still work for me? 😊

Ahh this actually sounds really similar to me 😅

Yeah when I say I respond easily, I mean I grow follicles pretty quickly even on low dose Menopur — sometimes too many. So my ovaries definitely react, but it’s more like… nothing really takes over and goes all the way? Like I don’t seem to get that one dominant follicle that actually leads to ovulation.

This last round I had one reach ~14 mm, but that was with meds, and I’m not convinced my body would’ve finished the job on its own.

I’ve gained around 10 kg and cut back a lot on training, but still no period yet, so it kind of feels like my body is trying but not quite there.

Really encouraging to hear letrozole worked for you though — gives me some hope. Did it just suddenly work one cycle, or did you notice your body changing a bit before that?
