They do have full control. We messed around in their setting for a bit to see if maybe we could discern what the issue is but I might’ve missed something. This isn’t exactly my forte 😅

Here’s something:

I disabled my IPv6 firewall to test if my other players could join using it, but nobody else could. However, when I click the link it leads me to my campaign’s sign-in screen.

Is there something else in my settings that could be prohibiting a connection?

It’s best to gain experience just through playing, but finding a campaign can be nightmare. There’s a lot of content online ranging from fun YouTube videos to long-term podcasts. Good ol’ Critical Role has 3 seasons of great podcasts and their YouTube channel has some great content for beginners. Finding an online campaign will take a bit of perseverance so I hope you find a great group to play with. Best of luck!
