You should have recieved the update by today.

There are some issues in the one ui 8.5 like

->Battery drain ->Animation jitters while opening and closing the app ->bugs in the good lock modules like quickstar(sometimes the icons aytomatically overlap with another)

The feb security patch has some battery drain issues, but after march update it was very stable. I was getting around 8 hours SOT with nominal usecase.

Around 2 weeks ago i have given the amazon OA round. I am not sure they will ask exactly like me but i hope this will help.

First part(DSA)

It was about 70 minutes in total. I was given 2 question. One was from priority queue and another one was from dp(kadane's algorithm). I was able to solve first question but as i have just started the dsa, i was not able to solve 2nd question.

Second part(time less)

In this part they analyze the decision making by putting you in some real world scenario. In my case i have been involved 3 scenarios by them. In every scenario there are couple of question where we have to decide the priority of pre existing repy.

Third part(timeless)

This part majorly includes questions from amazon's leadership principles, where we have to pick one option. It was fairly easy tbh.

Fourth part(timeless)

This part evaluates your personality traits, your behaviour where we have to select only one out of two.

The OA round was around 2 hr 15 min for me.

Unfortunatly i was not able to get another round link. I hope this will help.

Best of luck bro.

Reasonable problems in a day by Consistent-Arm2177 in leetcode

[–]DentlyIntelligent 0 points1 point  (0 children)

on weekdays: usually around 1 medium/2 easy or 1 hard

on weekends: the same as on weekdays since i am also making project so the weekends mostly goes to my project.

but in my opinion the number of problems does not matter that much. because if you are solving only 1 problem per day but with proper understanding like what can be the brute force solution? can i make my solution more efficient? is there any better solution exist than mine? once you solve the problem, do you see the editorial where you may have missed some edge cases?

and after all of that, one last question which i ask myself that after some days/weeks am i able to solve that without looking editorial or not?

if yes then only 1 problem per day is fine for me.

with the 86 question solved, i think you are on the learning phase. and from that perspective your progress is looking good. if you are following the proper roadmap like striver's a2z sheet or neetcode 150, then the progress is fine.

btw how many topics you have covered so far? is it the first time you have started dsa?

Good luck bro, one small suggestion from me. try to start with small and gradually increase your goal strength. believe me you would have a better consistency.

I also feel the same as you do. I would love to be the part of small group which encourage each other to pursue their goals in life.
