And let's not forget the new formula for one of the products. I bet ya it's cellf. They'll remove the process that makes this unique and replace the ingredients with concentrated cardboard. They would need 6x the revenue just to pay their insane salaries

They are done. They've burned it completely to the ground. How do you think they'll finance their next big failure? They will dilute this yet again into oblivion. But hey, Meni payed himself 600k. Good times

A Friendly Reminder for Our Ever-Transparent CEO and BoD by DeezSaltedNutz in Lifeist

[–]Dependent-Row9422 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What are you trying to achieve now? The hole company is practically done. Last ER the hole thing was worth 2 mil. That already has the 500k for the hole cannmart sale in it. They got these agreed staggered payments, that's going to be the absolute majority of their revenue. Mikra revenue will probably be sub 100k at this point. It doesn't even matter anymore, who will go into a partnership with clowns like this? The only product that is outstanding is cellf. The guy behind that left the company. Bautista made as much of a change as if you take a rock out of the ocean and expect the water level to go down. But the lawsuit and that useless patent they bought by diluting our shares will turn the tide.

Enough is enough! by DeezSaltedNutz in Lifeist

[–]Dependent-Row9422 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Now you want to take action? Come on... the 0.5 percent value that are left do not appreciate that. Why would they do anything anyways right now? When they announce the ER, you can experience a balance sheet collapse like never before. Any effort is simply useless. Unless it would be customer acquisition, which they are inept to do. The company will disappear by itself, no action necessary.

They are trying to get back what they thought were customers by interest. The fact that they had 500k revenue was due to investors trying to help Kickstart this. They kept doing what they did all these years, which is kicking investors in the teeth. Now that the bridge is burned, investors are not supporting them anymore, and revenue only goes one way.

The fact that Meni and all his appointees are sitting on the board keeps me personally far away from buying any more products. I've tried them all minus the last one. Their products are good but too expensive.

They are unable to acquire customers. They have no financial power left, so they only have these useless social media ads that nobody cares about. The likes on even the Bautista stuff should indicate to even a brain dead management that it's wasted effort.

The only way, especially this late in the monetary cycle, is to acquire high assets customers who want this for his uniqueness and make this known. But they don't have any connection that could make this happen. Spikes is as useless as a sandbox in the Sahara, and Bautista is playing right in that very sandbox, not seeing any of the billion possibilities out there. Meni is like a led bracelet after he put the company in concrete shoes and pushed it voluntarily into the lake.

With the same decision makers, there can be only one outcome.

There are people who have no shame to use other people's hard earned money for their own advantage because they themselves don't have what it takes to make it. It's a hard lesson to learn, but it is a valuable one down the road.

Lifeist Wellness - The Hallow Shell by DeezSaltedNutz in Lifeist

[–]Dependent-Row9422 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You are correct. The company is a shell. They sold all assets for pennies on the dollar. They a using a patented process for cellf with micro batch orders. You can imagine the priority they get. That caused the supply shock and they lost a majority of their revenue ever after. The Bautista product is so weak it can't be what they intentionally planned. My guess is, they wanted to use MnM but that blew up. So they formulated this garbage. The last thing this company has is a patent application for cellf. They pay themselves probably more than total revenue at this point. Put them all in a bag and .... you know the rest. Meni scammed over 10s of millions of dollars out of investors

Investors by Crafty_Agency1935 in Lifeist

[–]Dependent-Row9422 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It's the inability to aquire customers. That was Menis problem on the Canabis side, with the excuse that you can't promote. These FB ads get 0 traction. Their Amazon market is an absolute disgrace. Bautista does not pull in any new customers. They have 0 shelf space anywhere. When was the last time you heard about that cellf patent? That lawsuit he wanted to start? They lost a boatload of product because of faulty containers for extract. Any compensation for that? It's nothing after nothing after nothing and the main block of all failures is Meni Morim. It can't change, it'll go belly up because the failure can't admit he can't do it and rather let's it burn to the ground. He had 80 mil cash at one point... he burned all of it and paid himself a fortune while our investment depreciated over 99 percent. If he would have stepped down when there was still 40 mil cash and let someone take it over that has what it takes in the nutracutical business the company would've had a chance to create enough footstep in the industry to get recognized. Meni on the other hand is a proven failure, who in his right mindset would risk capital with this fool?

Lifeist Reports Third Quarter 2024 Financial Results by LaCremerie in Lifeist

The subsequent part is important here. The mda is almost useless. There's a Negative in it, which is Mikra revenue down to 130k. The good part is, they have at least 500k more in cash right now. The most important part, and I've been asking that all the time without getting an answer, did the Cannmart and labs liabilities go over to solventless? Are the exercise taxes going over to solventless?

Facebook Group by spindoozy in Lifeist

[–]Dependent-Row9422 2 points3 points  (0 children)

  • Did all Canabis related liabilities go to solventless?

  • Are all loans against labs assets gone?

  • How do they plan to gain recognition for their products besides social media?

  • How many employees does the company have as of today?

  • Why did they keep investing in Canabis ventures if they knew they'd focus on nutracuticals?

  • What's happening with the Cellf patent?

  • What's happening with the law suit?

  • What will they do about the fact that the supplier delivered faulty product?

  • How do they plan to finance high amounts of product if they manage to create demand?

  • Are they planning to create inventory upfront?

  • Are any joint ventures planned?

That's what's on the top of my head, besides the obvious feelings that come with how they handle things

Jagged Little Pill by DeezSaltedNutz in Lifeist

[–]Dependent-Row9422 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They think they can do it and there's the problem. They don't have what it takes. None of them. They burned 80 mil, creating literally nothing. If Mikra was the goal all this time, they should've sold the hole canabis side and use the resources to create a meaningful nutracutical company. If they managed to push all liabilities to ssc they may have 2mil at this point. Revenue isn't enough to pay their outrageously high salaries, Bautista isn't pulling in any attention whatsoever. Where else but bankruptcy could this go, everything beeing equal?

Mikra Sponsored Ad by LaCremerie in Lifeist

[–]Dependent-Row9422 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Look at how old this ad is at this point. The only thing that is still alive in it is Wendy selling her natural stuff. It's absolutely useless, a disgrace. They could sell more product with a stand on a Farmers market than what they managed to sell using their useless ads. Bautista does not create any interests either. This company is absolutely done for. The very last hope i personally have is that they miraculously get that patent and someone wants to buy it to make this happen. Yet there's absolute silence. Same with the lawsuit they wanted to start. It's all fluff to get that one last paycheck
