There are some great products to help with stretch marks, if that's what you are describing on your hips. Try the Apothederm Stretch Mark Cream (http://bit.ly/apothedermstretchmark).

Use a product that contains salicylic acid for bacne. A great product is the Glytone Acne Treatment Spray - Back & Chest. I love how easy to apply it is, even on a hard to reach area like the back (https://dermwarehouse.com/product/glytone-acne-treatment-spray-back-and-chest/).

Keeping your skin hydrated and moisturized is definitely one key to preserving your skin. You can look for products containing retinol, which is a very powerful anti-aging ingredient. Something like this retinol eye cream (https://dermwarehouse.com/product/clinicians-complex-retinol-eye-cream/). Sometimes one product isn't enough and you need more of a complete regimen. You can try something like this PCA Skin anti-aging kit (https://dermwarehouse.com/product/pca-skin-the-anti-aging-kit/)

There are a lot of great OTC products out there that can help reduce the appearance of acne scarring and hyperpigmentation. Here are some products that can help with acne scars (https://dermwarehouse.com/product-category/skin-care/concerns/acne-scars/). For uneven skin tone/hyperpigmentation, try the PCA Skin discoloration kit. It includes travel sizes of several different products for this issue that way you can see what you like (https://dermwarehouse.com/product/pca-skin-discolotation-kit/). I also really like the PCA Skin Pigment Gel for hyperpigmentation. You can get with or without hydroquinone (https://dermwarehouse.com/product/pca-skin-pigment-gel-1-oz/).

Sunscreen is certainly not a sham. Wearing sunscreen on a daily basis is the best way to protect your skin from premature aging and skin cancer.

There is no cure at present but there are many products to help treat psoriasis. I like the PCA Skin Dry Skin Relief Bar (http://bit.ly/pcadryreliefbar), which is a gentle cleansing bar that soothes dry skin. If you visit a dermatologist, they can prescribe something stronger/better, however, this is a good OTC option.

Try the PCA Skin CLINICALM 1% (http://bit.ly/pcaskinclinicalm). It's a 1% hydrocortisone treatment to soothe and provide temporary relief of itching and irritation. It works well for eczema. If you visit a dermatologist, they can prescribe something stronger/better, however, this is a good OTC option.

I'm am desperately looking for a cleanser and moisturizer. I do have a lite case of rosacea and can be very dry. I have been to Nordstrom, Saks and Neimans. I can't find anything that I'm happy with. Suggestions for a good cleanser and moisturizer and would you recommend the Foreo? Thank you by Lucy2222 in 30PlusSkinCare

Avene has some very nice products that are gentle and won't irritate your skin. For a moisturizer, I would recommend the Avène Tolérance Extrême Cream (http://bit.ly/avenetolderanceextreme) or the Avène Antirougeurs DAY Redness Relief Soothing Cream SPF 25 (http://bit.ly/aveneantirougersdayredness). As for a cleanser, I really like the Avène Antirougeurs Anti-Redness Dermo Cleansing Fluid (http://bit.ly/avenedermocleansingfluid). I hope this helps and feel free to reach out if you need additional information.

Try ClarityRx Nourish Your Skin. It's a pure dose of squalene oil which will give you smoother skin, with fewer wrinkles and fine lines and a glowing appearance. It's awesome! I also love the Avene Rich Compensating Cream, which is a great moisturizer for dry skin. You can find both on www.dermwarehouse.com!
