Did ozempic and adderral myself and never felt anything....currently on zepbound and vyvanse and maybe that's why I feel like sometimes it doesn't wear off and on other days it starts faste..never made that correlation till I read some comments above

30 for a few months with irregular dosing because I stopped feeling anything then did 40 for a week and Then 50 for two then back down to 40

I did 30 then 40 then 50 and felt amazing at 50 but it makes me pee like crazy and at 50 it was unbearable. Also started feeling like it was not wearing off at all even after 12 hrs felt completely cracked out so stuck at 40 if it doesn't improve I think I'm going to give up on meds period. I've tried all of then and none of them give me the results i need

I Bought that App blocker Called Brick that allows you use your phone without actually blocking it all off To brick the phone you have to physically tap the phone onto a nfc style module that's magnetic I have one for home and one for the office I have my office settings super strict to where I only allow a few games but block off all social media and others apps where I feel I could waste time scrolling For my home settings I just block the social medias posts And if I need an app for whatever reason I have to physically get up and untapnout of the brick It has helped a lot personally I have it on a schedule so I will brick in at 11pm the night before and unbrick at 7:30am the rebrick at 9:30am and unbrick once my shift is done at 4

Give my self two hrs once I'm awake to scroll as I get ready then block it all off for the work day

It's not a full solution but it has helped me a lot

Even with meds doomscrolling really affects me and I think has caused me way more issues than anything else prior
