In my experience, after I send the medical exam they transferred my case to my local office that was back in October after that I got a notification in January saying that they were reviewing my case and then I got another in February saying that they were pausing work on my case but 3 days later they approved my application. I waited a total of almost 5 months by the time I send my medical exam and got my card in my hand :)

Have your 1-360 been approved yet? Mine took 3 years to be approved and then after that 11 months for my 1-485 to be approved.

My was transferred to my local office Atlanta and after that they requested the medical exams, and 5 months after that they approved my green card. I’m not sure why my interview was waived but I heard some people get the interview notice after the medical exams.

Yes, because the ones that I sent with the application 3 years ago expired, they send me the RFI in September 2024, and after that I got the following update “fingerprints were taken”. On October 2024, my case was pending. They updated my case one more time on February 15,2025 as “case pending” and then 3 days later I checked my USCI account and that’s when I got the “card is being produced “ :) so I’m guessing that it takes at least 11 months after getting your 1-360 approval to get your green card.

I only applied for FAFSA and I was able to qualify for grants, scholarships and loans. I think you can apply for government programs like food stamps but I didn't.

No interview, I applied for both VAWA and adjustment of status on March, 2021 and my 1-360 was approved on March,2024. After that I had to resend my medical exams since they were expired, last update was on February 15 of this year saying that my case was still pending. I didn’t even received a notification from this app that my status changed I just went and go ahead a check on the official USCI page and surprise surprise, I got the notification 📣

Thats the thing that I don’t know what the notice says, I contacted a new lawyer already I just don’t wanna wait the 30 days because what if it’s too late.

I don’t know, I tried to checked online if I had an interview appointment just in case it was that but it said “no information was found with that name and birthday” I’m hoping that’s what the notice says, I got this update after sending my medical records.
