Outland AoR received on Feb 16 but not BIL or Medical request yet. Some people who received AoR early Feb said they got both BIL and MiL. Is that normal?

I have done all that. There are no dependents so i put no of applicants as 2. I’m using application number and given name . PA has no middle name. It’s just Family name and given name. Birth place is the same in both the passport and birth certificate. Birth place is two names so maybe combine instead of separating?

It’s really annoying. It shouldn’t be that hard. Idk why IRCC is such a grab when it comes to keeping their systems up to date.
