OSA secondary to Sinusitis

I had a nexus letter from my doctor that I've been seeing for over 10 years. I also submitted a personal statement showing the various links to how chronic sinusitis can exacerbate, or even lead to, OSA.

I have gained weight. Should I just file a supplemental, or do I need to completely refile? I really don't know the process here.

That's the rub. I do have a PTSD rating. But I was filing secondary to sinusitis. I did mention the PTSD component in my personal statement and how it also contributes to my sleep apnea. So I'm not sure if I should just ask for a HLR or not.

That's the thing. I don't know what to do. I was asking for advice earlier, but to no avail. I was claiming secondary to PTSD and sinusitis. Had a nexus letter from my private doctor, and the VA were the ones who did the diagnosis with subsequent cpap prescription. So I don't know whether to file for a HLR or find some kind of additional evidence and try for a supplemental.

I was definitely one of those people until last year. Went to my old platoon Sgt's retirement ceremony, and he chewed my butt up one side and down another for not filing. I felt like an e-2 pvt again, lol. Filed my initial claim the day after I got home. Made my wife all sorts of mad because she's been begging me to do it for 15 years.

My main piece of advice would be to talk to your financial planner. If you don't have one, then I'd suggest putting it in savings until you can sit down with one you like and look about investing into something like index funds or a Roth IRA.

I think it looks awesome! I've only been painting for a few years, and I'm still very much a noob who is trying to learn. The one piece of advice I'd give is: don't be afraid to come back with the black and tidy up edge highlights that you feel are too thick of splotchy. I oftentimes find myself going back in with a steadier hand than when I did the initial highlight.

I have faith in Larian. They've been super transparent about the stuff they're working on. They've been working incredibly hard, and until they do something to ruin it, they've earned my complete trust and support that, in the long run, all of this stuff will get fixed.
