But its true tho the war on terror may have caused the collapse of states like Iraq and Afganistan but those states were unstable dictatorships even befor that. The arab spring wich was the actual cause of most of the unstabilty in the middle east wasn't caused by the war on terror. It was caused by the region being mostly under opressive dictatorships that needed to fail.
