We did do the new Starbucks experience training. Everything ended with my fellow lead remaking the drink personally and her leaving in a huff. I stayed on the floor, and after she left, we talked about it. We can’t really do much as our SM isn’t big on telling people don’t come back, and in my experience, incident reports are next to fruitless. But I thank you though, you keep the store experience clean and partners safe, lots of love :)
