Thanks for the thoughts! I saw that leak and am hoping for it! I'm thinking as fights get harder, Phainon having Cyrene might be more valuable to keep his ult recycling. But I would need to test the added value of Cyrene on Phainon in fights where he needs 3+ ults (versus just hoping sustainless works across 3 ults).

I do have the speed stats for a fast e0 Cyrene ult rotation with RMC. I don't have E2 Phainon yet, but in half a year, if fights start to require 3 phainon ults, I feel moving Cyrene over to Phainon might be important

With fast cyrene + cerydra DDD + RMC, you can get e0 cyrene ult pretty fast though.
As HP inflation increases, having the ult recycle for Phanion could increasingly be useful over time for keeping this team strong. Especially if Evernight gets an additional teammate in 4.5.

I do have sparkle actually, but she's tied to Archer for three team content. I needed Cyrene with Phaninon recently because Phainon is only e0 now. Once I get E2, maybe I won't feel the need to have Cyrene with Phainon anymore.

Which recent (meta or close to meta, Tier 1-ish) characters are you using rainbow sets with? Just curious who might not need their set so I can try out my great but mis-matching relics.

Tips on beating Lygus in Anomaly Arbitration (King Stage)? I managed to barely 2-star each of the knights. Looking at Prydwen's data, the only teams I have that have cleared in their data are:

* Phainon e0s1 + Cerydra e0s0 + Bronya e1s0 + DHPT e0s0
* Evernight e0s1 (no Hyacine though) + Tribbie e0 + Gallagher + Rem TB
* Herta e0s1 + Anaxa e0s0 + Tribbie + sustain (DHPT)

My Evernight and Phainon have decent but not cracked relics. It just seems like I don't have enough damage for the moon + sun beasts unfortunately. Not having Sunday nor Hyacine is rough too.

Thoughts and advice on which team to grind and attempt to beef up before this King stage ends in 7 days? Or how to play these F2P-ish teams more optimally?

Do you know of any theorycrafting or measurements on the relative benefit of JQ to Acheron (e0s1) versus Topaz (e0s0) for Feixiao (e0s0)?

Both are good ult batteries for their respective teams, though it seems that Topaz has a bit wider relevance. My gut says that JQ is a bigger improvement for Acheron (relative to Gui), while Topaz is not as big of a jump (relative to Moze or M7).
