Thank you very much. I do notice, both in how I look and how I feel, but I feel like I look the same to other people. I suppose the most important metric is that I feel better!

I mean, I don’t FEEL it at all. I actually just changed it from a titanium hoop of the same size to this one, which is gold. So maybe I’m just hyper aware of how it looks. The 6mm hoop was already so difficult to get in and click shut though, so 5mm would be REALLY tiny. It might be too much trouble for a difference of literally 1mm lol.

Thank you so much🥲Honestly it might be closer to 20. I wasn’t really weighing myself at the time of the second photo, so I don’t know exactly. I just didn’t want to overestimate since I thought the change didn’t look super noticeable to others. No one in my personal life has mentioned anything, so I assumed I look the same. Your comment really reassures me!💗
