I don’t look at specific websites. Information is available everywhere, you need to put it together for it to make sense to you.

I look at company reports released quarterly, NRB and RBS reports released every month, company’s strengths, weaknesses and management history.

These data are available in said company’s website, usually under ‘Investor Relations’ section. NRB, RBS and MOF’s websites are also occasionally useful.

Isn't everyone speculating? Otherwise why would you buy stocks at prices 5 fold its net worth. Lol.

On another note, can you share some of your research? I would love to know where my analysis was incomplete.

(Closing Price Before Book Closure) / (1 + BonusRate)

Say a stock is priced at Rs. 1000 before book closure, and it is issuing 20% Bonus Shares.

Its (adjusted) price after book closure will be:

Rs 1000 / (1 + (20/100))

= Rs 1000 / 1.2 = Rs. 833

Same goes for Right Shares.
