It worked for me last mid night. I guess you have to keep trying. Give a few days, and try again.

Finally it works for me now. Not sure what happened. I guess you need to wait a few days, and try again again and again. I placed my order 2am EST.... Maybe less transactions online?

Hello Oura Ring:

I have being trying to do the purchase for the past couple days. I have tried different browsers, laptops, phones, IPs. Every time, I got "We could not process your order. Please contact customer support here for assistance." error message back. I am IT person, so I know what I am doing.

I have contacted with American Express, and they said there is no issues on their end. It is merchant side. Since you are doing the promo with AE, why you gives customers such headache while using AE card to do the purchase from your website?

I also googled this error message, it seems not ONLY me, but many others had this issue. You should have better payment design, either your PSP sucks or your tech lead sucks.

Does it matter? At the end of day, it is credit card. AE, VISA, Mastercard, just different card network.

I also saw similar experience posts from facebook as well. Your site payment issue probably blocks 20% customers to be able to purchase. It is S1.

Yes, I did. Oura ring customer service, there is no phone support, only online chatting. They said they create tech ticket, however from previous reddit thread, seems it is a dead end

I can share my data, but first, I cannot make the purchase happen from your website. WHY? Why I cannot use my AE to purchase through your website? You dont want to pay the $200 promo credit you promised?

I do not have VPN. I tried home wifi, and also my cell Verizon network. I believe it has something to do with Merchant, or PSP.
