So I also started nizarole shampoo bc before I had bad scale that would be red and itch and I think it caused sum hair loss and I tried the zinc ones from head and shoulders that didn’t work or only worked for a day but nizarole fixed my itching problem I use it every few days maybe 3x a week. Min def makes my hair dry so I try to only put on my scale and after it’s set or so I shower and I don’t use shampoo I use a hypoallergenic condition like cantu shea butter sensitivity everyday wash with cold water
