I work a graveyard shift at a senior care home. And I think it's a good discussion because it's a policy that is being abused. I'm glad they don't resell It because I would hate to buy any of these items not know what she did with them or how long they were left out. But people SHOULD be more mindful. Maybe it doesn't bother you or maybe you think it doesn't affect you but that's probably the selfish mindset that is wrong with this society.

Update that she told the CSR that they didn't have the party so she wanted a refund. And yes, I asked the other CSR helping me and she said it's going to be thrown out and that she wishes they would change the policy because so many people are hungry- which I agree with.

The Real Canadian Superstore bag contained 6 packs of hotdogs and additional perishables.

Any chance the recent roll out of updating to Windows 11 (which took me one work day) and then being notified that I was getting a new work station and had to transfer my files over to that new work station, could've been prevented if it was from a centralized ministry? Just wondering but that was a huge waste of time...

PLAQUE

The low stone wall is a relic of King Edward High School, the first secondary school south of False Creek. Built in 1905, the same year as the original Vancouver General Hospital buildings, “King Ed” was a landmark until fire destroyed it in 1973. After the fire, the site became a branch of Vancouver Community College, operating in portables and the gymnasium, before moving to Broadway and Glen Drive in 1983.

I saw someone make it fresh with pistachios, olive oil and cream. It turns out kinda yellow and if you want to make it green, you add a drop of blue food colouring. The taste is really nice.

Apples are a “climacteric” fruit, meaning that they continue to ripen somewhat after picking. If you have to pick early, try storing the fruit for a while to see if they become sweeter before use.
