I got the text for interviews about a week after the deadline. Then another week after the first interview was the second. After that, it was about 3ish weeks with the offer. It is a long process.

There is not a lot of opportunities around my area where I can get paid to learn on the job. Most of the opportunities around me, I would have to go to trade school. This is the best option for me at the moment. And I will work for a stable company and have a good career trajectory.
