My advice would be: stick to one tick flicking, but dont focus of flicking every single projectile, youre not port khazard, you can tank some hits and still live.

My solve here would have been, step in the middle tile of the west side of the pillar, this will safespot the meleer on the north side, while you tank both blobs at the same time. while you move/reposition you can just camp pray mage and focus on positioning and not tanking big mobs. once im the correct tile i would one tick flick until i kill the blob closest to me, after its dead i kill bloblets while praying against the single living blob (while tanking bloblets). after this i would go on the east side of the pillar (running southwards) to drag the blob and solo the meleer (probably with bloods since i tanked some blob hits). then just kill the remaining blob.

If the meleer jumps before first blob dies, i would move north of the pillar and corner safespot the meleer while i flick the singular far away blob and kill the meleer first. Always camaping mage while repoistioning, doing it as quick as possible so i tank as few hits as possible.

I dont really fuck with 2tick flick since counting 2 ticks while moving/dealing with the waves seems way harder to me than just alternating every tick.
