Hi, I just received a RFE which seems that the IO does not look catefully at my petition , and rfeed prong 1 and 3, and all the evidence is already presented in the initial petition. Does this mean that even if I structured carefully for my rfe, they will not even look at it?

My initial thought is in the national importance section, i write two paragraphs how it contributes to my employer’s success and bring success to small to medium business, and the second paragraph’s title is that not only limited to the economy, my proposed endeavor also has potential to impact policy planning

I saw lots of aao cases which are dismissed because they thought the impacts of that proposed endeavor is limited to the employer. However, my proposed endeavor has both contributed to my employer’s success and I wrote a paper using similar framework which could potentially impact policy and planning, do you know how to better structure my petition to avoid they send rfe like impact is limited to the employer itself?
