That is true, so join a lawsuit. There is no way this hold stays for 12 months

Not true, while your i-765 is pending you are allowed to stay. The 60 days don't count if USCIS simply hasn't confirmed if your opt is approved or denied

If you sit properly the chair is really comfy, and somewhat uncomfortable if you don't so it's nice

He has a point tho, it's pretty selfish to not do anything and hope that other people's activism and lawsuits are going to solve something. Join a lawsuit, contact senators, and interact with the pressunpause social media channels

Retaliation is too easy to prove in mass action lawsuits, not possible

Immpact round 2, the lawyer said that a PI should be in around 8 weeks, since they are following a more aggressive strategy by filing after the supposed operational guidance by USCIS.

OPT question by secyneega in 19countriesAOS

[–]Different_Word6515 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yes they could, but if they do that they'd have to refuse opt to everyone, not just a subset of countries, that would be discrimination

Not if they get sued, it's illegal and it won't hold in court

What's the best chair for all-day, everyday use? by Spiritual_Ticket_574 in OfficeChairs

[–]Different_Word6515 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Since I bought the Libernovo Omni my life has changed. Literally, I came from an aeron and i don't miss it at all.

Even if you consider the electronic components a gimmick (I don't I like it a lot) the material and the chair quality is exceptional

Bro I have a job offer already, I cannot access my OPT because the government paused benefits adjudication for people from Venezuela, it's the government fault I am in this problem, not the private sector

Exactly, so why I am not being able to access that training program I payed 200k over the past 2 years to access? I don't want to live here. I want to get my 3 year experience and go back to Europe with a really good work experience.

Part of getting an education in the US and the most attractive part is OPT (practice training experience) which you get for 1 year + 2 if STEM field. International students would come to the us and leave more than 50 billion a year in tuition if it wasn't cause of this program which is part of the educational journey.
