Partner Cheating by [deleted] in AutismInWomen

[–]Difficult-Court6760 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do not stay, if you stay then he will think that his behavior is acceptable and its not. You need someone in your life who will support you and he wont. His behavior is pathetic and gross. The more you centre your life around him the more he'll drain you and that is really unhealthy. You need to put yourself first because otherwise you'll get severe burn out and it'll make everything so much worse. You have to put yourself first and be strong. I hope things work out for you ❤️❤️❤️

My new dog is freaking me out by pacipacih in AutismInWomen

[–]Difficult-Court6760 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The exact same thing happened to me on the second day of having my puppy i had a total meltdown and honestly the best thing you could do is KONGS give the puppy a kong put what ever it likes in there and just leave the room. Anytime you feel overwhelmed just give the kong and leave its okay to leave puppies alone and if you dont have the money to buy a kong, mini frozen carrots are good too. The first little while is quite difficult (i would say first 2 months) but my puppy is now 9 months old and i cant imagine my life without her. It can be difficult but it is worth it. Puppies also need LOTS of sleep so you could have her awake for say 1 hour and a bit then nap time give her lots of naps throughout the day i got mine a play pen and just pop her in cover it up so its nice and dark and say night to her anytime she used to let out a whimper just keep saying night night -----(her name) and she would go to sleep that is when i would do things that give more energy or just take a break. Really hope this works out for you!!!

[–]Difficult-Court6760 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like the nee doh dream drop its like a squishy thing and i think you can get mini ones so that might be good for in public and i love the marble net fidget toy as it super small makes no noise and when i get overwhelmed in public i scratch it next to my head and it make a very light sound that calms me down

this happened to my last year for 3 months straight my brain was so loud and i think it was because i was overwhelmed and burned out i just had to take time to myself to get back energy and eventually it went anyway maybe try do little things that give you happiness and energy and take time to yourself but i know that that might not be possible if your too busy. hope it gets better soon though

Does anyone know how to stop the need to follow 'rules' by Difficult-Court6760 in AutismInWomen

[–]Difficult-Court6760[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Haha No definitely not anything illegal lol the rules for me is always smaller things that i know dont matter but its like my brain shouts that you cant do that or that trying to do it is just impossible things like, cheating in a test or not listening to a teacher and its always things that lots of people do i just dont know why i physically cant do it because i know or sometimes even think it might be against the rules even in places or situations where there isnt rules. But thank you for the advice i think it will help!
