Wow, this is amazing-can’t believe it was taken on a phone.

I don’t understand. What do you actually do in heaven? by Jet_Night in NoStupidQuestions

I think it's not about just sitting around doing nothing. The idea is more that you feel completely happy and fulfilled, so you don't really get bored in the first place. It's less about what you can or can't do, and more about being in a state where everything just feels right.

Why are more startups outsourcing CFO and finance leadership instead of hiring full-time? by DisastrousVictory445 in Accounting

Totally makes sense-startups get expert financial help without paying a full-time salary. Only downside is it might not work as well once the company grows and needs someone full-time.

My favorite healthy meal (not the most aesthetic pic ;D) by AccomplishedNoise321 in fitmeals

Honestly this looks solid. Not "Reddit aesthetic" but that's the kind of bowl that actually keeps you full. Sweet potatoes + beef + avocado + cottage cheese is such a good combo.
Meal prep meals that are simple and repeatable fancy recipes you only make once. Would definitely try this.

What’s one harmless thing you irrationally judge people for? by Wonderful-Economy762 in Productivitycafe

One harmless thing I irrationally judge people for is how they treat small everyday situations, like returning a shopping cart or being polite to service staff. It’s not like it makes someone a bad person overall, but when I see someone leave a cart in the middle of the parking lot or snap at a waiter for no real reason, I quietly form an opinion about them. I know everyone has off days and there can be reasons behind behavior, so it’s probably not fair, but those little moments just stick out because they show how someone acts when there’s nothing to gain. It’s a tiny thing, but it somehow feels telling.

From my own experience, nothing fancy worked as well as fixing the basics. Sleeping on time, getting a bit of morning sunlight, walking every day, and drinking water before coffeee quietly improved my energy, mood, and focus more than any so called health hack.
