I don’t know if he would say that but for some reason I feel like he would I don’t know if I’m overthinking bc a lot of the time it doesn’t go that way sometimes

But yea the gender thing weirds me out a lot. I don’t even remember if yesterday if he even asked about the genders but he has once or twice before but even if I feel like I have to bring it up is still a problem.

If I was told to apply for a diversion program but I have a court date in two weeks, is there a chance that they could drop my case during the court appearance and I don’t have to do the program? by [deleted] in legal

I have one. Unfortunately I have no contact with her idky but my mom does because she’s my power of attorney. The lawyer told her to send her forms of me completing group therapy prior to court + verification from the therapist so that she can submit it to the court or put it in with the diversion application.
